Bread in the fireplace with a Dutch oven
Easy and very tasty hot bread

A big bowl is needed
Through in the bowl the 2 cups of warm water, 14g Dry yeast, 2 Teaspoons Sugar, 2 Teaspoons Salt, 1 Teaspoon Vinegar and mix them very well.
Start througing 5 cups of flour little by little and mixing with a ladle
Knead for several times until the dough is a bit sticky
Cover the bowl and let the dough for 1 hour
After 1 hour you must have about twice the size of dough you had
Again knead.Cut the dough half because the mixture is for 2 loaves
Let the dough for 1/2 hour more.
Final step make the cutting lines and add some olive oil on top
Depending the fireplace let the Dutch oven for about 40 to 60 minutes and the home made bread is ready!

1 kg of flour (about 5 cups)
2 cups of hot water
14g Dry yeast ( 2 sachets of 7g)
2 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Vinegar
5 Teaspoons olive oil

5 κουταλάκι Γλυκου Ελαιόλαδο
